Exciting News from the Lost Dungeon of Tonisborg
It has been a very busy springtime for the goblins here at World of Weirth. We just got back from the Mayhem convention in New Hampshire where we played some games, spoke to some vendors, saw a bunch of old friends, and debuted the prototype of the Project FantasyGrid board/war game.
We have also been working on some new projects, including a new D&D campaign and a yootoob channel for FRPG stuff.
What Is This Now?
First I want to talk about the new campaign. The World of Weirth playtest campaign has been running for over two years now, but it’s going on a short hiatus because the Lost Dungeon of Tonisborg has finally arrived in the underground lair! I have put together a mini-campaign region for the dungeon to be a part of and started running sessions twice weekly.
You can check out the details of the campaign on the Shadow Over Sojenka blog. The blog is the information hub for all players, featuring Character Creation, magic systems, deities and demigods, and a gazetteer of the province of Kordun.
I would love to invite you to take part in this campaign!
It is being run West Marches style, with 1:1 Timekeeping and troupe-style play. We will be using the Blueholme rules for the campaign, Rules As Written (for the most part). The actual Holmes Blue basic rulebook is not commercially available, nor is the Zero Edition Dungeoneering rulebook, which is included with the Tonisborg book.
The sessions are run on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 8 pm Eastern & run for four hours. We run on Discord voice & use Theater of the Mind for combat and so on.
Your characters must get back to town by the end of the session!
We currently have 3-4 regular players for each session.

I have also started a new yootoob channel to support the new campaign and to discuss fantasy role-playing games.
The new channel is at World of Weirth FRP
The first video is a look at the Lost Dungeon of Tonisborg book:
On this channel, I will be discussing FRP gaming, with tips and tutorials for players and game masters. The videos will have many of the lessons I have learned in my personal experiences since 1982 and from running the two-plus-year-long Weirth Campaign.
Future videos will include play reports, background on the peoples and places of Kordun Province, monsters, and magic items. Due to the exploratory nature of the campaign, the session reports will be delayed by a few weeks, to prevent information contamination.
I would love to have you all subscribe and join in creating a conversation about Old School Gaming.
Thanks for reading, and please share this with any of your friends who might be interested in joining the campaign.
